Hello dear Anton team, you can learn a lot with the ANTON APP. You can earn hats to spend on your avatar or to play games. However, there are some problems that "scare away" the 5th star. One thing is that you can do too much with ANTON PLUS. I've had this app since I was in 1st grade, and in it, for example, you could save more than just three avatars as favorites. Actually, I would only give it three stars, but since there is no advertising, it makes up for that, and we get back to 4 stars. In the ANTON APP, things have not been added that only work with ANTON PLUS, but things have been taken away, unless you pay something. The games in the ANTON APP are very good and fun. You can post avatars and pictures, and get hearts for it. There is also "ANTON News" where you will be notified when there are new topics, subjects or games. So my tip is to free some things from the ANTON APP.

App has been used due to School installed. At first, I liked the concept of "learn + small reward games". BUT too late I noticed that there is a "popularity function". It's just a game" & "just hearts for my avatar" says the daughter. Nevertheless, she now constantly wants to know how many hearts she already has & compares with classmates.The "popular" ones are becoming more and more popular,the others are getting lost in the crowd. Thought, I'll be spared that until Insta&Co. Unfortunately not now - thanks to the ANTON developers.

Great app but..
Anton is a great app. It's a great educational app. It has fun activities. You can learn different languages but only thing that I don't like that they have trophies and I wish they can change the trophies into grades like for example if I had a 2 1/2 out of three trophies, what does that mean? Does mean I get a C or B other than that it's great app app.

Hello, yes, the app is good for now. We have the following situation: the students like to play the reward games, which at first glance is not a problem. However, most children have had their first contact with games of this kind here, which of course annoys their parents. I've heard that you could turn it off, but that's also bad when some children are no longer allowed to play and others are still allowed to play. Especially when we work at school. What annoys me as a teacher is that the reward coins can be earned over and over again with the same exercise. As a result, we have children who like to play (and therefore need new coins) and always work on the simplest tasks and not the appropriate level. Of course, this does not make sense. Here I would suggest the following improvement: the children only get points once for completed tasks, no matter how often they do these tasks. Maybe you can then get the students to work on the appropriate level. What I see at school and have also heard from some parents is that the games just make the motivation (and that is not seen positively). But you don't really want to promote this form of extrinsic motivation. The children should also be guided to learn without reward. At this point, this reward system with the games really needs to be reconsidered. But for all children and not for individuals who are forbidden to do so by their parents.
