Too difficult to activate discounts
You have to shop so much to order, you don't get the discounts until you shop for quite large sums so the offers are not realistic. And very expensive postage. So all in all, discounts are missing, when postage is added, and purchases for "my. 699kr then you get a little discount" A bit of trickery actually

Sad that you can no longer see offer prices, but only full price on the items you have on the wish list. I don't want to click on each product to see what it's selling for this week. I buy significantly less for that reason

Hilfiger chinos - impossible size description
Ordered a pair in size 32/36 but got a pair 36/32. Then I checked if there was the right size and then saw an impossible size description where you first had to determine the waist size and then you can choose from e.g. 33/32, 32/34, etc. Next, you have to choose the length. Then you wonder what you will get, if you order 32/34 and then length 36?

buggy and everything goes in circles
Are asked to log 10 times, everything goes in circles. I want to contact customer service to extend the payment period as the invoice has not yet been updated for my return. However, it is not possible to contact customer service as I am asked to do via email and at Avarda, but I come again and again to the same two pages - overview of possible questions to customer service and order overview. Worthless!

However, filtering imports product data that is not subject to filtering. It is not possible to place an order with the application after changing the last name, it is not possible to change the last name in your own information, so hetu does not match the name information.

Wrong size
I don't understand why they don't double check the items they are sending out. Bought shoes for my daughter (size 28) and when it arrived, it says size 28 in the box but the shoes itself is in size 24.

Works reasonably well
Minor issues and slowness in updating some partitions in between. Convenient app for ordering, paying for orders, and returns.
