As long as it works, fine.. when u got a problem support will reply MAYBE in a month and thats for paying customer with the highest tier plan. They dont give a damn about anyone, very sad. and i am very angry, because my issues are not solved.

I only read installed this to write this review, I Was almost forced onto this when I changed phone and tried to update Samsung pay. The whole process of registering seemed so much like a scam ie the need to add address, then add payee address ( no tickbox to say it's the same), then, last but not least add your address????. I deleted there and then, so glad I did, I see it's also subscribed (Samsung Pay wasn't!) and they charge for payments too!!! I'll stick with Google Pay ta!

Decent product let down by poor customer service
The card and the app work well (most of the time) but I would not recommend because the customer service is so slow. I don't use many of the benefits so am trying to close my account. I have been waiting days to get a response from customer service.

The anti embarrassment feature does not work even when it was set up with their guides. The in app customer support does not work either. It is just stealing my transaction history without providing any service.

Card activation fails (I've done nothing wrong, it just rejects the last 4 digits on physical card I received). Support is poor via telephone (takes a message.. no call back so far).. support on app is a bot that wasn't helpful and eventually let me type a message with a promised response of 3-5 days (how many messages might need to be sent to resolve?) I got the free tier so cost £6 postage for the non-working card. UPDATE: Curve refunded £6

Very bad.Supposed to be a free service says to me they took £130 Out of my account As a service payment disgusting only used a card for a couple of days, not even bein one month yet. Might be good for some but not others. I don't even pay my own bank a 130 pound for service charge.
