Have had this app over 4 years now and it really doesnt work for me!! Being able to get an advance with [name] WAS much better than a payday loan because within 2 months I went from $50 to $200 twice a month! It WAS gr8! Then as of late although my income has remained steady as well as employment I'm luck if I can vet $25! And the last advance was 8 weeks ago! Downloaded [name] and money lion , [name] made me wait over 24 hours before Giving me a advance of $25. Money lion gave me $240 within five minutes. I will be paying [name] off canceling my account and deleting this app.

I have been trying for 2 months atleast to use this app, and not once have I been successful in doing so. It glitches out with the connect your bank account it's a infinite loop that doesn't stop

It's pretty good in general, but you can no longer scan a check through the app. Any time I do, the app glitches out. They're partnered with [name], but [name] has zero customer service and never got back to me when I reported the issue. It's not very convenient for my personal use but otherwise it's ok.

This company is a scam that's just stealing people's money and information. They took extra money from my linked bank account without consent or reason. I tried contacting customer support but only got a chatbot that was no help. I also tried closing my account but it won't let me. I'll edit this review if my issue is resolved.

I am so so so sick of taking the surveys for 15 minutes and answering ALL questions just to be told that I don't qualify and not be compensated for my time!
