Ñ is reliable, even in the premium version there are reports of data loss. They DELETED ALL my files and downgraded my FREE account with over 120gb to only 20gb and with restrictions.

It was working well but for some time now it doesn't let you open the videos or files, I tried everything and it doesn't let 😡😡 me, the truth is I'm very upset because I lost very important photos and videos that disappointment I don't recommend anything, this app is going to lose your files, photos, videos and everything 👎👎👎

I don't know what happened but I saved my pics in degoo in like 2022 or 2021 but forgot about it I came back to retrieve it I used the same Gmail account on which I saved the photos in degoo but now I can not find them is there any way? They are really great memories but I can't access them anymore.

One of the worse cloud storage over. I need to upgrade or see 30 sec ad for download my file?? Horrible. Avoid this app.

I lost all my files, photos and videos... I had years of stories in this cloud and I have nothing. Simply erased. This affects credibility in addition to generating inestimable damage.
