The latest update has mad the app terrible, just imagine taking forever to login and been unable transact...It ain't nice at all. You guys should work on the app as soon as possible please.

How hard can it be to recover my password? Your recovery OTP only comes after the count down. This is frustrating! Now I will have to come to the bank which is totally unacceptable since this is a mobile bank app.

This app is rubbish Their network is zero No network at all Trying to transfer since morning, it's telling me same thing, if i manage to remove this money I'll never put money inside this bank again🙄

This app was working so well untill I traveled out the country, changed phone and lost my sim card and now I can't even remember my password. It's really painful cus I have some money in it 😪

This is not only about the app . Is about waking up in the morning and discover a missing 2000 plus in my account. No debit no any notice I sent Sms, email, WhatsApp only to hear I have sms lien . Sms lien!!! 😭 2k plus haba apart from 10.75 on every transaction!??? Yes 2k is a big money to a student like me that's my last card it's hurt!!! 😢

I'm trying to log into my mobile app with the same password and username I normally use but it keeps telling me that there's an error in the username and password. I've tried resetting it but I don't have an ATM card and getting an otp is very annoying because it'll say that the otp has been sent but I haven't seen it anywhere in my email or text messages
