Possibly the most comically unusable app I've ever experienced. Don't these companies ever evaluate or test these things? They must lose a lot of business. Certainly lost mine.

continue to make each version worse
I think all the previous reviews add up to the same verdict, it's annoying, doesn't work, continues to cause frustration. All locations have the Coke freestyle machine yet they don't offer the simple option of fountain drink. You only left with the choices. The programmer decide to put in so on some combos you're stuck with Diet Coke other combos you're stuck with Coke zero. Leaving you showing up and having to argue with the people at Jack-in-the-Box. Also wait for it. It will be attached right to the bottom of my review the standard response from Jack-in-the-Box. Please go online and submit a problem report. We would love to hear further from you with your opinion. I can attest I've written this review 10 times and that's their standard response yet they've never fixed it.

I don’t normally make reviews.. especially not bad ones BUT……
This app is an absolute waste of time! The rewards you earn are for nothing. I've never been able to redeem any reward or offer no matter how many items my order had. When I try to redeem the rewards or offers I get an error message: “This offer is invalid for this order” I emailed them and there's no answer or explanation as to why I'm experiencing this issue. I searched the issue on Google and sure enough, there's thousands of users complaining about the same thing. To make matters worse, when I searched the issue on Google I decided to try on the website. I logged into my account and tried to redeem my reward and I got the same results. Smh My points are just accumulating for no apparent reason. lol it's all a hoax.

Jack, your app stinks! It's impossible to add points from a receipt. All I get is try again later, but you only have 72 hrs to add. Also, there are no customization options for the food beyond adding or subtracting what already comes on it. Ex: you can't add cheese or other veggies to a chicken sandwich. I'd delete but I have points built up already!

Can't even redeem my points because I have to pay through the app, YET I CANT ENTER IN MY CARD INFO BECAUSE THAT SECTION IS BROKEN!

App was hacked and $35.00 worth of food ordered at a restaurant across the country. Jack in the Box refuses to do anything about this. I immediately ununinstalled due to the lack of security in this app.
