Trying to apply promotions, $5 original, today, even after adding the sandwich I kept getting a notification that I needed to add the applicable item. 🙄 tried it again. Same thing. Lost out on the $5 promo, and no way to contact JJ from the app. ADD a way to contact you guys to report bugs!!

My last 3 sandwiches were hard and dry. My jaws were ended with pain completing the sandwich out of hunger. What I think is if tip is given, then they will make soft and moist sandwich which is why people like Jimmy John's. Tip is not mandatory and is complimentary, but seems lke JJ's think tip is must otherwise suffer. I can't give tips every single time.

app is not user friendly for ordering.

I haven't been back after trying your new jalapeño ranch. Doesn't even compare to the Kickin ranch. Please bring back Kickin Ranch!

Does not let you complete your order. I get message "We are currently unable to take your order. Please check your payment information and try again.". I know I have money in my account on my debit card and credit available on credit cards, so I don't understand the issue here.

I haven't been able to place an order on this app for years. I redownloaded it, hoping it may have been updated, but no... There's no clear place to contact support about any in-app issues from what I can see, and the app will not accept any payment, even cash. I've even had other people try (to make sure it wasn't just me) and they can't either. I've lost so many rewards/offers over the years and wish I could have used them :'( pleeeease fix this!!! I want JJ's soooo much :(

I installed the app this morning and deleted it this afternoon. I ordered through the app for our local Jimmy John's, (Kirksville, MO.)and selected the “as soon as possible “ time. Twenty plus minutes later, when I arrived and asked about the order, they said they would try to get to it in 15 minutes or so, after they had taken care of everyone in the restaurant. The manager wasn't particularly pleasant about it either. Meanwhile, people who came in after me are getting their sandwiches. What's the point of the app? Forty minutes to get a sandwich? That doesn't meet the threshold for “freaky fast” in my opinion. I ended up canceling the order because my family was planning to meet there for lunch. Schedules didn't allow for an indefinite wait. We ate at McDonald's. I would have far preferred Jimmy John's, but after this experience it's off our menu. Unless we're in a different town, maybe. Anyway, I hope you have better luck than I did.

The only fault that would otherwise make this a 5 star app is improving the store location bit. It always defaults to the first location in the list, and should find my current location and choose the location that I am nearest to. I regularly order for a location that is 30 miles away and not on purpose.

I have the jimmy johns app on my iPhone and like I do with most apps I do not allow it to know my location even when using the app in my settings. I also have all notifications turned off for the app in my settings. However everyday on my drive home from work I get a notification that I am near a jimmy johns with the exact address. It feels very invasive and I will be deleting the app because of this.
