Perfect snot. Everything set up, stand in front of a scooter, want to drive off.... Then he didn't accept PayPal, Google Pay, or Klarna... All payment options were rejected. Cool.

I payed 3.99€ , but didnt understand how the app works , but they took another 3.99€ just like , this is theft , i am asking the help in the app to return the money , if they didnt , then they are theives , making apps to steal from people without us noticing

You owe me a refund because I couldn't find a parking spot and you made me make my ride longer than it was. I will not be using again. There is no live option for customer service which is never a sign of a good company.

A lot of people seem to be taking bikes into theirhouse or gardens, so they appear to be on the road, but are not visible

The app was very bad. It wasn't accepting any payment from anything and so we had to walk for 2 miles. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE.

Fraudsters who make deals with entities and then do not keep their promises. I've been waiting for months for them to renew my subscription with atac and I'm only told lies and sorry via email. They treat people like they're stupid. I feel offended and have my rights respected. If you don't want to make scooters available, avoid agreements that you can't keep. Fake.

Used to be more affordable and leisure friendly in Minneapolis. Not a fan of the new pass structure this year. Used to be able to get a 24hr pass for about $20, which we used to think was a bit pricey. Now the most you can get is 400min for the small price of $75. At this cost, you might as well buy your own scooter. Which is what I intend to do now.
