Macy’s app needs a lot of improvement
I have used Macy's app on a regular basis for the last couple of years. I like the app for the most part but Macy's desperately needs to improve and make updates to their inventory systems. The app will allow customers to make purchases and paid for the purchases only for Macy's to canceled the order a week later. If items are not available, stop allowing customers to order them or cancel the order a couple of days later. It is very frustrating to expect something to arrive only to be let down a week later. You can do better Macy's!

Poor navigation. Trying to access account profile/details, maybe even look into CC balance through the app, and when I select the little torso icon in the lower right corner it just recycled me back to the home screen. My name is listed below the torso, I am logged in apparently, but can look at anything useful. Useless App

I can never do my shopping online, like before, I have to call the store and supposedly they reported it to fix the problem and everything remains the same they do nothing, please I hope they can do something, thank you

Macy's app is the worst! I've been having issues with this app for several years now. I am an avid Macy's shopper, but it's ridiculous that at times, the app will not allow me to sign in and it will keep circling back to the sign-in page whether I'm using my fingerprint or logging in manually. And forget making a payment, geez what a disaster. It's a hit or miss whether or not I can make a payment from the app. I have resorted to making payments from my laptop. Tech support is useless!!!!

It doesn't work.
I have an iPhone and I don't know if it's because of some update that the app stopped working. The app on your phone doesn't let you sign in. He thinks and goes back and goes back to Sign in. It's been like this for weeks. I would never have had any problems before.

Worthless Coupons
I received a nice birthday card which included coupons. There are so many exclusions, that none of the coupons applied towards anything I wanted to purchase! I don't know why Macy's even offers these ridiculous coupons. Worthless coupons! Unlike Kohl's who offer coupons without the ridiculous exclusions!
