Ticketing disaster
Can't access tickets on match day. Fans can't access what they pay for.

Build up
takes up to 30 seconds, freezes several times during reads and the daily counter takes several „freezings” to update. This has been going on for about 2 months. iOS is up to date. Please check. Great app apart from that. Thank you.

Worst
Worst app ever. Even after a few minutes watching a game it will leave the app by itself and won't go back in and it happens to many people but no one wants to leave a bad review

All keeps crashing
App crashes every time I use it. I've reloaded it numerous times and reset my phone. This needs fixing if we are going to move to live ticketing through the app. Also during matches the live commentary ones in straight away even though it is switched of so it has to be switched then off again to stop it playing.

Frustrated MU Fan
This season the app has been slow, glitchy and constantly freezing. Completing Predictions every weekend has been painful… sometimes taking up to half an hour. The app logs out every time you minimise. Really disappointed.

Good app but recently gone very slow
It's a Good app for fans but recently it has gone very slow, especially when trying to add predictions. Would have been 5 star apart from the app performance

Had to delete and re-install to improve performance
I was have a lot of difficulty with slow response. The app developers suggested deleting and reinstalling, which seems to have improved performance, particularly of the ‘predictions' section. I have now changed rating to 4 for now to so if performance is better throughout

This app runs like as if a school boy made it
When I load up it takes ages (not my device, the app) and then sudden random freezes and just everything is slow. This app's performance is just like our first team when they play football. That's how bad it is running. Fix up and get new people with much expertise how building to properly structure a well run app
