Blank screen
Screen goes blank when we click the product. Have to close the session and open the app again. It works for few minutes and goes off again

I pay for delivery saver so I can get next day delivery however on the past 3 orders delivery is at least 3 days

Adaptive range
The adaptive range is absolutely great and very much needed in the high street shops! But it's not consistent, lots of the vests are mostly always out of stock in the older children sizes, so it's not something you can rely on with disabled children's needs and how fast they go through clothing!

Items in bag disappeared
I spent almost 40 mins browsing, choosing, deciding and I added items to my bag as I went. I had 6 items in my bag, till I clicked on the bag and the page came up ‘no items in bag'. No idea what happened but really infuriating. So I tried again, bought two items, then checked out which was successful. Now I need to start again for the remainder of my choices and I do not have time to faff around.
