One thing that bothers me
When ever I make transfer the app doesn't refresh itself. Even when I pull down on the screen it doesn't always refresh. So I have to log out then back in and that annoys me.

Unreliable
Sometimes it takes hours to transfer money from the savings acc to other accs, the only think the app is created for it is good at doing it, in case ofurgent matter you might just be stuck, trouble app.

Stay well clear of this bank I was a victim of fraud, this bank have poor customer service not helpful at all I have uploaded evidence against them on to tiktok.

Registration - Getting Started
Whether you’re an existing or new Metro Bank customer it’s simple to get started.
- If you’re registered for online and telephone banking, you’ll need your 12 digit customer number, 8 digit security number and your password
- If you’re not registered for either, you’ll need your 12 digit customer number and the details of the card you used most recently or your Magic Word.

Metro Bank’s mobile app is available for Personal customers and also Business customers if they’re using Business Internet Banking only.
Standard data charges from your mobile service provider may apply.
