I want to be able to set roaming charges to zero
A bit messy if you have multiple subscriptions (iphone/watch/ipad and wired internet + TV). It bothers me that you can't set the out-of-bundle cost limit per subscription from €60.50 to €0 directly in the app. Yes, you can do that with an SMS to 1266, but you can't send an SMS from an iPad. Within the EU, for example on ferries with Telenor, you are exposed to ridiculously high costs outside the EU bundle. You can spend that €60.50 in seconds if you forget to turn on airplane mode. And who wants to turn off roaming when you're within the EU?

It would be helpful to see the title or number of the episode as visible in the TV menu when recording. It would also be nice if the menu left off when you click back from a specific recording.

NO HELP FOR ENGLISH USERS
I purchased an E-Sim over five hours ago and have not received an email, nor have I been able to go anywhere to download it. I have been trying all day to get in contact with any type of customer service for this company, and none is available since I am outside of the Netherlands. The only “help” they have is an AI bot that does not help you if you do not speak Dutch, or do not have a Netherlands phone number. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY'S E-SIM WHEN TRAVELING.

Monkey company pay late once and you are thrown into a stunlock of paying more every month (already 3 times debited on the wrong date, called about it, still not done properly oh yes, not to forget that there are also 40€ collection costs on top of it and if you call them out on it, it is yes we can't do anything with it, just nasty scammers)

This is a good app in general. But there are many things that make is frustrating. 1. When the app is in english, it's not fully english. The pages are a mix of english and dutch. This causes confusion. 2. Many services take me to a browser. It would be better if these services were handled in-app as well. 3. When I try to use some services, I keep having to log in (in the browser) and/or enter my phone number to verify myself. If I downloaded the app, I shouldnt have to keep logging in.

Usage overview in app
Unfortunately, the validity of the usage overview is not synchronized when sharing data (MBs). In other words, the MBs and calling minutes have different expiration dates. It now only says 'valid for at least [x] days'. But it's not clear whether it's the data or call minutes. Solution: Indicate a correct expiration date for both call minutes and dates. Update after KPN's response: It is quite logical that you can see how long something is still valid for all your different bundles that have been purchased. What would be a good improvement is that everyone can see separately per bundle how long something is still valid if it has been shared among themselves! So again: state a correct expiration date for both call minutes and dates instead of stating 'still valid for at least [x] days' since these dates are not synchronized and it is therefore a gamble whether it concerns the call minutes or dates. This is the only way everyone has exactly the correct validity date available for both call minutes and data!

It's very annoying when all your data from years suddenly disappears. And so suddenly. You want to get started again, but nothing works anymore. Somewhere you get more into it. Really so annoying rn so troublesome.

Update after response from KPN Developer: - I have eSIM, so suggesting to pee SIM card in another device is not possible (or is very cumbersome) - For some unknown reason, the SMS limitation doesn't work if you have unlimited - Customer service couldn't set the limit to zero I stand by my point, this should be possible in app or in MyKPN website. What a hassle. It seems as if KPN doesn't want to be able to turn it off easily, because otherwise they will miss out on tons of money.
