Error when logging in. "Oops something went wrong" screen and the loading icon keeps running. The redo button doesn't work. Uninstalled app and reinstalled get the same thing again. I also had problems with the vodafone app. I'm going to switch later because also finding the chat or customer service number to change my account number is also hard to find and to take roads.

Internet speed

The internet speed is VERY disappointing.I know the difference between wired and wifi but with my XXL Subscription I can expect more than 25Mb/sec on my iPad.

Never become a customer of Ziggo!

What a horrible organization they promise all kinds of things on the phone, but don't deliver anything at all. A free mechanic comes and then suddenly you have to pay € 15, while the mechanic would be free. This would be because he plugged three WiFi boosters into the socket. Yes, I could have done that myself. Ziggo would cancel for us at KPN and now claim that they have sent an email about this three times that this has failed, but we have never received those emails and they now refuse to send proof that they have actually sent those emails. Terrible organization, never be here!

Not satisfied with ziggo in general. The quality of the internet is not good. During online gaming, the connection regularly drops or is poorly connected, while the ziggo app indicates that the internet is good. In addition, I adjusted the internet in February/March 2024 and now it appears that from that moment on I am stuck with a new subscription for one year. I called within two weeks to think about it and it would be adjusted to the old situation.... Well, not so.
