Absolute junk and time waster, after 3 attempts to scan my ID data, I gave up and had the Superpin for the HUK24 insurance sent to me. In any case, this works and does not cost nerves and time. I don't know why companies offer such junk as an identification procedure at all. And now this data octopus and still my data has that can be misused somewhere. Uninstalled the app immediately. Zero points.

First it is claimed that everything works without any problems via this app and the ID. Then you read everything in and have to wait for the PIN, which is sent by post, what nonsense. Then I could have pressed the link with the PIN by letter and would not have had to download this app. It will definitely be uninstalled again.

Poorly thought out. No way to restart the process. I'm also stuck in a loop between the app and the partner website. And there is no information that NFC is a prerequisite.
