Took app off Samsung tablet as found impossible to send meter reading. Installed on phone and managed to send gas reading not sure why previous reading was shown as 2009 when done every month. Just checked after sending gas reading yesterday still shows 2009 as last reading. Shame I can't give no stars.

Not very good, since I have one of the 2.7 million smart meters that don't work in smart mode, the one thing I want on the home page of the app is a link to send meter readings, not hunt for it via other menus

Awful
The app was working great but the last couple of weeks after the log in page, is a page I cannot move asking if I want to set up Email alerts on offers. There is no button to say no etc. it's madness. How can I clear this page ??

Disgusting company, we've been falsely charged £480 because our meter has been crossed with someone else and they have the audacity to tell me to take it up with the bank instead

Doesn’t load
I have downloaded this and when I open it it just freezes on home page? Can't check my usage or my balance? Have tried deleting and downloading again a few times but same problem each time? So frustrating!!!!

App has recently stopped working. You log in then get a message saying "just one more thing..." After five mins of waiting it gets boring!! Waste of time!
