App used to be kinda bad, but at least worked. Last few times I've tried to use it, it either won't let me place the order, or it just completely breaks. It constantly gets stuck on a sub option and you cant go back. Such as clicking on a reward or menu item. Back gesture closes the app and reopening it brings it still on sub option. There is no back button in the app. Clicking a new menu tab and going back still leaves it there. I was about to place an order today, but went to KFC instead.

App doesn't work all the time! It displays to customers error messages for extended periods of time causing us to miss good deals in the app!😠

Hate the fact that all of the items are not on the menu. I wasn't able to order the 3 wing combo or my jalapeños. Other than that it was cool

No matter how many times you try, you can never add a credit card. App is garbage .

could use a feature to leave a note for the order (i.e. "extra crispy" "substitute sauce" etc.) add option to buy bread or sauce sides (mayo,butter,ketchup)

Every time I try to use an offer that clearly says delivery only when I try to use it , it tells me not available for delivery so what exactly does delivery only mean. Other times when I try to use offers it's not available at the location I am ordering from do what good is this app. Better off at kfc

Having the app is definitely convenient and gaining rewards is a plus. My only issue is when there's a problem or if you wan wanted specific pieces of chicken you can't update the app to let the restaurant know. i'm not a fan of wings and no matter what I order through the app. I'm always stuck with them. other than that, it's great.

No drive thru working, had to go in, trying the strawberry biscuits, seems to be taking awhile and used the app. You would think I ordered 30 pieces of chicken

You can start using your points in the Bay Area! It works, smooth, but the only thing that needs to get fixed is the ability to scan. When you redeem the reward, it turns it into a pick up order which uses the points, however, they still want you to use credit card payment informationto complete the transaction. Other than that, I got my two-piece! And you know the chickens always good!!!
