Don’t waste your time or money on this app
Customer service is a joke for one. They don't respond and IF they do they are rude and unhelpful even if you have made the issue as clear as possible. As many others have said it's fun until you spend and once you do it's all over! You can't win even to just keep playing casually. The game has fake accounts that they don't even try to hide following you from table to table winning all of the big wins in the bonuses while you win at most maybe 3-4 spins worth when you have spent billions for that bonus. It's just a sham and it's a shame bc it use to be mind numbing fun.

Bonus game in bottom right corner
This game forces you to pay to keep playing past the first round. No matter how much money I have it runs out on the first round. I'm guessing the bets are setup to make you purchase more chips before the game starts. That's why they advertise those deals before the game starts. Sad really because those games are actually pretty fun. Other than that the app is really fun!

Tech support is a joke
I've played this game for over 6 years with really no complaints. Recently I wrote to tech support because I lost my connection and did not receive my bonus winnings that normally are saved for you. A few days later 15 billion coins just disappeared from my inbox. I wrote in regarding both issues and have not received a response. I've spent way too much money to be ignored. PLAYERS BEWARE. They don't care now that the game is popular. Sad!!

The worst game from play studios
If you are looking for a poorly programmed game that rips you off, and customer support that refuses to reimburse you even after providing proof of errors then this is the game for you. Find another game and don't support this terrible company.

EDIT: 4 years later they write back to me here :))) wonderful! Pure rip-off! In the beginning 600,000 chips for €2, later 2,500,000 chips for €2, later maybe even more, i.e. rip-off. They also intentionally placed the "Max Bet" button on the far right so that it was easy to make a mistake, which happened to me several times! And CLICK is written in capital letters here! Now also with AutoPop against real gel! Push your balloons somewhere else! ATTENTION! PRECURSOR TO REAL GAMBLING ADDICTION!

This game is bogus. After you make a coin purchase your winnings definitely shrink. Jackpots are few and between. Before I purchased coins, the game was hot! But I took the bait bought a $1.99 coin pack them bam, the game started glitching, wouldn't play my bonus points when bonus play came around and would freeze during play but not give me the winnings. In one bonus round I had ove $500 million credits to play but the game said ‘you need bonus credits to play' like WTF…

Awful
Payouts are terrible. If you want to play any of the competitions the minimum bets to qualify are outrageous. Game freezes and you'll lose your winnings and don't waste your time contacting support, they take forever to respond and the outcome will not be in your favor.

No support
Ive had issues where I have asked for support and waited the 72 hours and never got replies, about 3 separate times now. With the new tier system the higher your ranking the faster you get help. Even being at a higher ranking this is not true for me. Not sure where technical or gameplay support issues go but they seem to go into oblivion. 11/18/23 3:30 pm I experienced a new technical issue and entered a support ticket. I will update my review when I receive any support. 1/22/24 Chip packages are overpriced for the amount you get. Daily challenges and all other special events dont balance out for what you pay in chips. The prices all over the place and dont make sense when they are not equitable to play. May 15, 2024 The support option does not function as advertised. The private host and quick response is false advertising. Take screenshots of your response times and issues you encounter. If you need to go to the app carrier you use. Apple or google play. That way you can show the unresolved problems on the app.
