Rubbish.
Can't really do anything but track a parcel unless you're registered. Tried to register but don't get a verification email. Tried on 3 occasions now and still can't get it done. Absolutely useless.

It’s a perfect app just one issue that really annoys me
Don't get me wrong this app does all the thing you need it to and it's simple to operate, however I do have this issue that after a couple of days I get locked out of my account and whenever I try to get back on apparently my credentials are incorrect even tho it's the same saved. Can you fix this problem thanks.

Not only is the tracking useless. But so is the app. Selected to use fingerprint. Used finger and it took me to a blank login screen. I forgot password. But the system failed to send me an email reset. Littrratly nothing works. Useless

Can't even log in to the app as my 'password' has changed; no, no it hasn't, and neither has my sodding thumbprint🤦🏻♂️

I get deliveries shipped from China that get to Royal Mail in 5 days, then wait another 5 days, 4 of which sit in the Mail sorting depot to receive it using Tracked 48, which hopes to deliver in 2-3 days - Ha! Not in a million years!

Great when it works
As I've been receiving a few items via Royal Mail recently I decided to download the app. I waited more than the specified 15 minutes for my confirmation email and then a resend, but still nothing. So I tried to register using a different email and got an “oops there's a problem try later” message several times so I gave up and deleted the app. 3 hours later I got the email finally and had to reinstall the app but not sure why I bothered. Not for the first time tracking a Royal Mail delivery the app seems to have no record of my package and just says try later. Yet another pack page sent a day later using same standard delivery is able to tell me where the package is right now. What is the point of tracking if it doesn't work? I've been frustrated before to see my package apparently sitting in a depot for several days to suddenly have it arrive. What a farce.

not a great service. They notify you that your parcel is being delivered on a certain day, then it just doesn't arrive at and they don't even explain why 😡 I waited home all day, took a day off work for nothing 😡😡😤

helpful app to track deliveries and arrange shipment of packages. only issue I've had is that the app sometimes forgets my sign-in details at which point I have to use as a guest user. otherwise, I'm happy.
