Garbage except buying a ticket. I live in Oslo and it took me 15 minutes to find the bus stop in the city centrum based on its directions.

Not very reliable real-time when there is trouble
After a lot of nonsense over the past six months where I've experienced that both Google Maps and Ruter's real-time estimates are completely out of the blue, I've turned to using EnTur if I want to be sure. I don't understand why there should be a difference between Ruter, EnTur and the board at the stop, but there has been a part of that.

Outright lie
Ruter says that the more you travel, the less you pay. This is an outright lie. I have traveled 3 times in a week and each time had to pay kr. 33.60. The same thing happened the week before and the week before this one. Didn't get a reduced price. Shame on you.

The app calculates 6 minutes to the departure position even if I am standing at the station. This is unnecessary and makes the transition between several lanes, unnecessarily long. There are an incredible number of departures it can't find because there is no departure within an hour, it shows an idiot crawling into a hole, what am I going to do with that?!? Instead, show the nearest departure even if there are several days left, then you understand that this offer is only available on weekends, for example. When I mean departure now, I mean must, don't make up silly calculations
