In my attempt to make an attached to the video visit I had scheduled today it kept logging me back out of the system and saying error I not only tried this on my tablet I tried it on two different cell phones and a computer and I got the same issue every time I reached out for a reschedule or a credit or a credit on my phone account so my loved one can call me

Made an account and it won't even let me in. Made sure all the information is correct and even changed my password and it still will not let me log in. Complete waist of time.

This dam app or site keep kicking me off !!😡 not sure WTH the problem is. As much money as families are taxed when sending ANYTHING to loved ones ; this ish should be A 1 at all times.

I can never get through to video grams and they've accepted my money but I have never gotten a video visit and they have not refunded it they kept the money

Why is this app never working properly? Always says text messages not available at a prison I have been texting my husband from. Or states it's having issues...with we pay too much money for this

Account issues
I set up the account. It has you login I do so and it says invalid email password combination. I reset my password try signing in again and still invalid. I've done this multiple times with still no luck.
