Unable to checkout

Can't get into the app as password is repeatedly rejected. Not the only person that Can't use the app. App is rubbish, constantly being asked to change password and again repeatedly rejected

Advantage card
Was quite happy with my current advantage card but the site has changed so much. Decided as only had a few pounds left on account all I wanted to do was change my email address but couldn't find anywhere to do this without getting a new account, therefore card which I've got online in my wallet. Too confusing and far too much hassle. Have closed original account. Doesn't even deserve one star. So disappointed in Boots ☹️

Constant error messages
The app won't allow me to log in and add things to the basket. I can only add to the basket if I'm not logged in, which means I lose out on advantage points. The same seems to happen on the website when I try on my browser.

Could be improved
The filters on the app are okay, but there isn't always an option to hide out of stock items. These definitely need work and depending on what you select you get different items even though I would've thought they would've been under the same category. But the biggest thing is when you load offers onto your advantage card and go to ‘shop', the view of these items is dated and you cannot filter at all as the ‘show results' button is hidden by the bottom ribbon and you end up with a never-ending wheel of doom.

Most difficult system ever encountered
Absolute nonsense this boots app to replace your card you need the old card number! If you've lost it how many people would have written that down. Along with other technical issues it's very disappointing
