Great frame, great connectivity, new paid feature is lame. Wasn't advertised when purchased. Another example of the enshittification of modern tech.

Can't back up the pictures unless you pay for a subscription...very limited service and functionality. This is not competitive to others.

Recent Update Issues
After the recent Frameo update my touch screen doesn't work. I can't remove notifications, can't react to photos or turn off power w/ touch screen.

In itself, the app is well designed. It's easy to send the pictures from the phone to the frame. Even though it's a little annoying with the image title, it's a good way to remember when and where the photos were taken. What I find to be really bad is that I can't connect the frame to my computer to store a larger number of photos on the frame, or delete duplicate photos. This definitely needs to be improved.

App doesn’t send photos
I've tried restarting the app and the frame, making sure I'm on WiFi and even the same local network, but only a few photos successfully made it to the frame. The rest sit in the Ongoing Delivery section of the app for months and never actually send.

Program works, but for now, it has several annoying bugs. Gallery dies not show photos taken with camera, and when manually selecting Camera folder it scans up until 6000-7000 thousands of photos and then starts from 0, pressing cancel for moment shows new photos and then goes back to photos from gallery. Another problem for me is when the frame owner asks for backup. It keeps popping up asking to buy frameo+ and there is no checkbox to denie this request.
