Slow app, crashing quite often. 2. Reply to programer team: "Ups! Somthing went wrong!........." error keep poping up. I deinstaled app and instaled again. Logged in to my account and it was ok then.

Shame on you!!
We operate in our 89 clients on 11 platforms. Home Connect is by far the worst. The app has somehow accepted our Siemens oven. Siemens washing machine we also got integrated rather by chance. In the case of the Siemens dryer, we have dispensed with the connection due to the lack of added value of the app. Umseren Bosch dishwasher we don't get integrated for anything in the world. (E-Nr does not work - QR code does not work either) When searching via network, the app detects the dishwasher, but after entering the Wi-Fi password, the app crashes. The dishwasher gets stuck in the routine and needs a reset ... as does the app (runs on an iPhone 15 pro max) Stand in the corner and be ashamed!! And then you look around the market for comfortable and usable solutions.

Unfortunately, the app cannot even be set up. Thank you very much for the feedback, the registration has now worked... 👍 Everything else I will test when the dishwasher is there.

Download of additional programs not possible
In itself, we are satisfied with the app, washing machine and dishwasher are connected. Unfortunately, no additional programs can be downloaded from the dishwasher.

We chose the 8 Series dryer and washer and connected it to Home Connect. The dryer switches on again and again on its own and a promised firmware update is being worked on "at full speed" according to customer service. The problem has been known for months and the firmware update was supposed to be released in February - nothing has happened since then. For example, the devices cannot be used via Home Connect and I had to remove the dryer from the WLAN. What a pity!

I'm in the Home Connect app, I choose Bosch and NOTHING! Anyway, time after time drops me out, even if I choose to stay in the app... What's the problem, what should I do?🤔

Unfortunately, the app has to be reconnected again and again on Wear OS. It very often loses the connection and has to be reconnected via the smartphone.

Unfortunately, only one star. Fully automatic coffee machine from Siemens integrated into the home network, but connect to the app does not work, constant errors and nothing helps. Manual connection also gives an error. As I said, the machine is registered perfectly in the router. so you miss a lot with an expensive machine... e.g. Coffeeworld. Disappointed to no end.
