Worst app ever. It never work! I'm not even able to scan my membership code at the self checkout!

App freezes every time I open it on Samsung s22 ultra. Try it uninstalling and reinstalling clearing cache and anything else I can think of. App still doesn't work. Please update or fix it. Probably am not the only one having this issue. I have not even ordered from the McDonald's app before in this would have been my first time but we are ordering from toppers so thanks anyways!

This app absolutely sucks. Whoever designed this app needs to get fired and go learn how to make a good working app like Tim Hortons. This app can't even locate the closest Mcdonalds location. Everytime I order I have to go to Google maps to find the address to the McDonalds I'm sitting at. Whatever barcode I get to redeem my rewards never works at any McDonalds locations. When ordering the codes rarely ever works at the cashier. This app is unnecessarily complicated. HATE THIS APP. FIX IT!!!!!!

App does not allow me to redeem rewards for iced coffee. I have messaged support and tries all of their suggestions including re-installing, but there is an issue with redeeming for any iced coffee option
