They charge you for rappi pro, a service you don't ask for on a subscription basis. They do not give reimbursement for theft. Scammers.

They play with people's time, cancel orders when they want, don't give money back. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE, those advisors are useless, they don't even respond.

Incredible, now it doesn't give you the real interval of how long an order could take, they told me that it arrived at 10:27 pm at the most and of course I waited and updated it at 10:42pm. KEEP IT UP INCREASING THE TIME, MAYBE THE RAPPI WILL ARRIVE FOR MY BREAKFAST. FOR A CHANGE, THEY INDICATE THAT THE ORDER WAS READY AND I WAS DISCOUNTED. WHAT CLOWNS THINK THAT ONE NEVER NOTICES TIME. HOPEFULLY THERE ARE MORE APPS WITH BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS.

If I could put less rating I would. Hopefully one star less for every time I've wasted a year of life trying to fix a problem. Either I waste an hour frustrated with the help center, or I just lose money. Because now it may be that even after 4 [phone] days they don't even let you make a complaint. And who do you call? No one, because it's impossible for them to solve it. It's just that not even because I'm Rappi pro do they help me or give me anything. What rubbish, I don't have a life. Goodbye Rappi, I hate you from the bottom of my heart. 😤
