Shell gas was my go-to place for fuel until they raised my interest rate on my credit card up to 34%. I paid off my card in full and shredded it.

The Shell APP always broken down
I got multiple experiences can not pay through the APP, the APP is not that easy to use. Someone needs to do good maintenance on that APP!

Frequently crashes while connecting to pump
Works like a delight when it works. But it frequently fails to connect to pump and crashes out requiring you to sign in again and stucks there.

It may or may not work when you are at a carwash. Worse is that I changed my password but it end up taking my old password lol
