App is inflexible and lacks info
The user should be able to edit any part of the process without having to restart at the beginning. Also, should be able to review all current selections at any step to make sure reservation is correct, especially before paying. Moreover its slimy and j ethical to change prices from one minute to the next just because user looks at other options the comes back to a prior option. How shameful!

It's buggy, I log in, and then it pulls me out of my account. I was making a mistake when I checked in and I got scared.

They don't want to give me back my TUA, they want to force me to receive an electronic credit that is of no use to me, it seems illegal to me that if I paid with my money they don't want to give it back to me

The performance of the app had been very good but I haven't been able to use it for months because it always tells me that an error occurred and doesn't let me search for flights or see my reservations.

I hate to download apps that I only use once and this app sucked it kept logging me out and I had to re input my address like 5 times. And my dad needs a wheelchair and instead of letting him board first like in the US he boarded last .the gave the last seats on the plane they already closed the rear entrance so he had to go through the airplane to sit down. I wouldn't care if it was just me but he gets really tired when he walks for a bit and is uncomfortable for him.
