Permanently Delayed Deliveries
Several week delays constantly. Nothing less than incompetence from this company and their sellers. Big name brands can never deliver any products on time. And constantly push deliveries back by weeks. Compared to similar delivery companies from other countries like Amazon, Coupang is completely unreliable. If you are a tourist and expect them to deliver in a reasonable time frame as they state, don't! You are setting yourself up for disappointment.

All Coupang Experience Events
If I look at the reviews, they all say, "I wrote this after receiving the product for free as part of the Coupang Experience Group event." The reviews are long and full of useless words, so they're not helpful and I don't know what they're doing. Since I received the product for free, I can't write a bad review, so it's definitely 5 stars. How am I supposed to buy something like this? I have to read helpful actual user reviews to decide whether to buy or not. If long review event reviews were helpful, I wouldn't come here and complain. Who's responsible for my inconvenience of wasting time reading reviews full of useless TMI? Please take action, such as grouping Coupang Experience Group reviews separately so that I can see them on another page, or limiting the length of the Coupang Experience Group review form. Otherwise, I'll keep coming here and writing complaints. In the end, I'll choose not to use Coupang... Please consider it from the perspective of an actual user.

Patients or cancer patients sometimes buy food in a hurry. What if the search doesn't work? It seems like some people just trust what they find in the search results and buy it. I also do this sometimes in a hurry, but if you don't search properly, you end up eating bad things like patient additives and things that make things worse. Please make it so that only the things that patients eat come up in the search results. There will be more and more sick people.

Coupang category is not visible

The problem of sudden log-out. Even though the personal information registered with the name on My Page is clearly displayed, it takes you to the login screen when making a payment. When you click on WoW payment, it clearly says, "You are a WoW member," but it asks you to log in to make a payment. Even though I am using automatic login, the automatic log-out occurred, so I cannot figure out the cause. Please let me know what caused the problem.
