Smaller numbers
The app is always nice, reliable and clear. But since the last update the 'number path' to log in has been reduced. No idea why that was done. I now also tap other numbers. Hopefully the previous format will return soon.

No improvement after the update
Why the numbers on the login screen were made smaller after the last update. There is enough space on the screen, now you have to pay more attention. Very inconvenient and in my opinion not necessary.

Used to work fine, but I can't transfer money anymore. Also missing a function to transfer larger amounts planned. Based on a phone call to the helpdesk I found a workaround. Unfortunately I don't get an error message, I simply can't send the payment. And scheduling large payments in advance for a specific recipient is a feature I just miss.

It is extremely inconvenient that if you are abroad (non-EU) on mobile data, you can no longer use the app at one time without first downloading the update.

samsung galaxy S9 no longer gets an update so I have to buy a newer phone and become a bit poorer for your app (ABN AMRO) :(..otherwise I have no problem ABN AMRO...😀

Since last update: keyboard in the way when making a transfer. Tilting the phone is a solution, but a strange one. According to the ABN Amro Helpdesk, it is a more common problem/bug. Choosing another field as Bas suggests - and as I had of course already tried - unfortunately does not help. Better luck next time. I am happy to wait for the new update because it was always 5 stars.

The app works well and has few glitches. The "Welcome back" on the login screen is a bit crazy. The overview can be adjusted by the user, but unfortunately you can no longer maintain the classic order: pay, save, invest, because the strange order pay, invest, save that the bank now chooses is fixed. Addition 28-2-2025: recently the description for a transfer from savings to checking account is no longer visible. That is very difficult when looking back.
