Please return the e-dentifier
I find it very unpleasant that the e-dentifier is no longer supported by the app. You are now forced to set high limits without the extra layer of security of the e-dentifier. That feels unpleasant, unsafe and uncomfortable, and that's not the feeling I want to have in banking. Of course, you can keep the limit low and then temporarily increase it, but that is very inconvenient because of the four-hour waiting time.

Crashes all the time
Bad app. I have to reactivate it every week (and then set the limit again). In addition, the app crashes in several places. For example, when I want to change the language from English back to Dutch. But also when I want to consult mortgage data. Telephone support from AbnAmro is even worse. Recently spent an hour and a half identifying it.

It was a great app, until after the last update you have to type the description of a manual transfer in such a confusingly small bar. Previously, you could see at a glance whether everything was correct, but now you have to scroll back and forth through that bar. Really, why!?

Yeah., when signing up for a card/account I couldnt introduce my proof of residence for some error so had to continue without it After 5 days the card arrived I logged in and the account is immediatly blocked untill I send the proof of residence. Ok go to the website log in with the app and send the dossier with the proof.4 Days later im calling support and they say oh no you cant use the app to log in you will need to order from us an EIdentifier and will take about 7 days.Not great so far...

Be careful. the bank uses high Android so a good phone quickly becomes insufficient. So you are forced by the bank to have a very recent phone if you want to continue using the app. Really outrageous in this day and age when sustainability is paramount.

Unable to download the app. Continues to load and is terminated after a while with an "assignment terminated" message.
