My iDin activation keeps on failing as it won't let me accept the terms. Have been trying for a month and keep getting same error

In July and October I filed a complaint because ABNAMRO made the same bizarre mistake twice. Complaint has been accepted 2 times at tel.contact. Received several emails asking if I would like to assess whether the complaint has been properly resolved. Unfortunately, I never heard from them again... So I have no idea if anything has been done about it and if so, what has been done about it. Why am I not told anything about what happened with the complaints, but I am asked several times if I send a review

Never had any problems and now I get logged out every few days as in log back into the app.

Don't get into that rotten app because this app has interference after scanning the id card. Bad thing since I need the app to get into anything from banking

Ok, ABN AMRO is now decided, that my phone is too old and I have to buy a new one. I would do so if ABN wil pay for this, but they don't want to. They want me to spend my money, so they can save some. I'm seriously considering switching the bank. ABN is too greedy.

Can’t login into the old device after adding a new one
After activating the ABN AMRO app on my new iPad, I can no longer log in to the app on my older iPad. Previously, I was able to use the app seamlessly across multiple devices without any issues. Additionally, I noticed another unwelcome change: when registering a new device, the process forces you to set a daily limit. This not only overwrites your existing limit but also imposes a maximum limit that is lower than my previous preference Additionally, they discontinued the GRIP app which was fantastic to track spendings with the promise to add this functionality to the main app. 2 years thereafter not even close to what GRIP could do, really embarrassing

The app should offer better analytics
You don't know how much money you spend on groceries, no graphs showing the development over time, etc. you cannot set budgets. This are Basics.

worthless app 👎👎👎👎☹️😠😤😭 i try to open an account , i scan my id , application no longer succeeds then , because supposedly my id is corrupted , this is a lie , my id is not corrupted and nothing is wrong at all !! I'm sick and tired of fiddling and blundering with apps and ai, there just needs to be an opportunity to come to the office with my id !! ABN shame on you !!! 👎👎👎 You lose me as a customer !! DONE WITH YOU 😠 GUYS
