I purchased a bed worth R$ 1597.10 from a box bed through the app on 07/03/2025. The delivery was scheduled for 03/18/25, and until today 03/26/25 they have not made the delivery. Americanas' support is terrible for this situation, weak support and leaves us totally uninformed about the purchase we made through their website. The only support (answer) I had was: our partner will contact you. I will take legal action against Americanas, Lucas home and thm transport

You can't trust a store where you buy online and pick it up in the physical store, they don't guide you to check it out, because it gives you a closed bag and when you complain about the lack of items, they blame the customer. OK........
