The App is great, the prices are affordable, some but one of the problems is that they cancel orders without prior notice, or bring wrong or missing orders, I had problems with americanas several times but they were all solved that's why I still buy in it a great store in fact loses due to some errors, anyway, apart from the shipping that ñ has to many places this is frustrating but overall it is good only 3 stars for the products! Edt: Until lately I've been satisfied with this year 2024 I haven't had any problems

I have this app, but I can never finalize a purchase on it, none at all, there is always an error, and this has happened on other phones that try to buy in my religion, terrible!!

Very good offers from the American store. However, it loses some points referring to products that we buy through the app, they are missing or as it happened to me to ask to deliver and show in the app that it is on the way, and simply cancels your order, due to lack of courier. Just find out by the delay and several calls. Other than that they don't get in touch.

I've never had any problem with registering in any app, everything is always ok, but with this one, I can't register at all. No confirmation email arrives, I've done everything, all confirmation emails from other places always work, but not this one. I've re-entered my data over and over again because of this and it doesn't work.
