I like to buy through the app and pick up in the store, but lately it's been a hassle because they don't always have what's available on the app in stock, so they cancel it. I make another purchase to make up for it and pick it up on the same day, but it's like a shot in the dark. They usually don't have what I choose and they cancel it, they could replace it with a similar product.

If they don't deliver, then I'll go to the physical store! Some products are in the store, others similar are only in another store, so I can't buy both products! I still prefer Magalu!!!

I paid for the product and then the application logged me out of the account and asked me to log in again, however, they did not accept my password and I asked for a password recovery email and the email never arrived, the product did not arrive, I do not have the tracking code, I do not have access to my account and to make matters worse the customer service number does not work and they do not respond on Reclame Aqui

Horrible, I made my purchase on the App and my account simply went away and I didn't want to log in even though I entered the correct password, it said the password was wrong. I lost the gift card I won since the account didn't want to come back and they canceled my purchase but they haven't extorted my gift card yet. Americanas used to be much better, but right now I prefer to buy elsewhere than get angry with this Horrible APP.
