Terrible! I received a gift card to buy from Americanas that is only valid for purchases in the app and I tried to enter my zip code but it only sends to the wrong address and I can't edit that address. Terrible app! The delivery is terrible!!!

I made a purchase to pick up at the store. The pick-up time simply passed, and the order status does not change. It only shows as pre-approved payment. I went to the store, but no one in the pick-up area was there to give me an explanation. I asked the security guard to help me, to announce the person on the store's microphone, but the pick-up attendant simply did not show up.
