A week ago I updated the app and now it asks me to update again and I have to delete everything on my phone so that the application is installed and I need to get my money out of deposit boxes, otherwise I can't make transactions at the branch... This is annoying, it's not bad at all. But I'm fed up with these updates.

It's great, but they started doing a practice that I think they shouldn't have done. Many of us hate being charged for storage and without permission or consent, when you withdraw, they take $27 from me. And that's not fair. They didn't do it before and now they do. What's the point if you withdraw incomplete cash? And I won't say what they call that thing they take from us without permission because they would feel offended and I say this with all due respect. It's not fair to take those 27 pesos that belong to us.
