You can't pay you bill with the app? Nope. You have to go on a computer. What's the point of having a app if you need a computer to pay your bill? And Erica, the AI assistant is about a useful as a blind seeing eye dog.

Sometimes, it's hard to find the options to make changes, see the transactions, add a cardholder etc.

The app is often annoying, telling me that I need an internet connection, and there is no way to see if I'm inputting my password correctly. This is not good.

The app is difficult to navigate to change the email for payments. I have to call them to see if they can change it. The virtual assistant is lacking in its ability to help resolve most issues that I have. While it can get to aras that are hard to find, it's still just a glorified index. It can't really help with anything. It's definitely not AI, as far as I can tell. I ask different questions, and I receive the same list every time. That gets frustrating. I have to go to the branch to ask

The app is limited with the available settings. I tried to stop the monthly balance transfer offers by mail but there is no way to stop them (The paperless option is already enabled) and calling customer service is a joke (45 mins wait) and then when the rep finally answered , I noticed there was 1 to 2 seconds voice lag and she didn't quite understand the issue so had to transfer me to another department who automatically hang up on me... Terrible Service!

It's good, but when you make a transaction or a payment or a purchase, you get the notification long after the time of purchase, I would like it to be instantly.
