L appli reliable foot

The address of the routes is not reliable, the Covoit cannot rely on it and ask a lot of questions that are time-consuming. Also the app regularly asks me to reinstall it or turn off my phone.

I have been using the application for a week and I already have one trip out of four that has not been validated, even though it was validated with the person who got into the vehicle. I find it a shame that you cannot put more trips, only one return trip per day and only one address can be put. If you work with split hours, you will not be able to put two return trips in the day, which is a shame because I don't only have the home-work trip in my week....

For the first time I use this application. I didn't know that you had to open the application as soon as you agreed to take passengers... so I made the trip Lille Cambrai with two young men. When I arrived in Cambrai, one of the young men did something on his phone and told me that I had to accept. Which I did. €8 was taken from his account. And I didn't pay in... What? I didn't open the application to be geolocated. So not a good choice...

Unbearable. I get HARASSED by ads for this app as soon as I publish a short trip, while I CANNOT use it because my trips are not regular. Either you think of freelancers and make it possible for us to use it without it being a daily occurrence, or you STOP offering us your crap in a popup for every trip. It's unbearable

The prices that have been dropping for months are a joke? Arrival of Klaxit, so forced to take blablacar... From 3.70 euros per trip in September (not expensive anyway), we went down to 3 euros at the end of December... and they want to sell us the benefits of carpooling. It's better than nothing but it could be better.
