The application bugs and does not always validate the trip (bye bye the carpooling bonus) Being in development, I made sure that the application was never energy saving and with the passengers, checked that the trip was validated at the start and at the finish. BlaBlaCar support doesn't want to hear anything... Good luck

I had an unpaid ride despite all the good steps taken. After appeal, payment refused. It is therefore necessary to improve processes. A GPS point on the way out and one on the finish are more than enough.

Very useful and simple to use app However I transferred the premium from the bbc daily account to my own account and this was transferred but I didn't get anything on my account. Do you have to wait a long time? Thanks in advance

Carpooling application that does not deliver money all the time, so it is very dishonest with drivers. If your passenger does not show up or cancels the ride, you will not be paid, even if you have been at the meeting point and made the trip.

Inadmissible!! The journeys are not validated and the customer service is incompetent. They do everything they can to avoid paying the carpooling bonus. To be avoided!!
