Lately there have been a lot of problems with route validation, while the instructions for geo-location and route validation are followed to the letter. Unfortunately, customer service doesn't want to know anything and responds with the same ready-made phrases. It's good to have a name, but it would be good to look after your reputation.

Honestly, the Klaxit app was 100 times better and worked perfectly, unlike the BlaBlaCar Daily app which bugs every other time during trips. Recently, the application simply no longer works and customer service is absent. In short, including Klaxit to obtain this result, you would have been better off abstaining. To be avoided.

Very bad experience with the support service following the invalidation of several trips for which we had respected everything in the rules, but an "annomality" during the trip will not allow me to be paid... And then not to mention the remuneration which is getting closer and closer to 0€ for carpoolers

Not practical

For trips of less than 80 km you are asked to use blabla Daily while I don't make daily trips but punctual so I can't use blabla or blabla Daily. So I uninstalled Daily
