Digital payments and transfers take 10 days to clear. They hold your money for 10 days, the transfer is instant. Is this even a real bank? Worst customer service I have ever encountered. You should grab some people from AMEX to learn how it's done. Terrible company.

It's so hard to login and it doesn't save my password like all other apps do. Then it says they are having trouble loading. Wish my credit card had a different app where I can make my payments…

Auto pay, conveniently never works
I am truly disappointed that this is the only card I have where auto pay never seems to work and they always bill you a late fee and I believe I will be canceling this card as soon as possible.

keeps saying I need to update but none available. I Uninstalled and reinstalled and still getting alert.

The app keeps telling me there's an update, even though I'm fully updated. It won't let me use the app.

App was working well, suddenly today it tells me I need to update to use it, however, there is no update available on the Play Store. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the same error. I also really wish there was a simple way to report a bug in the store other than this or reaching out via phone or email, but that's on Google. Will gladly update the review when it works again.

Back button does not work properly. No matter where you are in the app, it will exit the app.
