Impossible to do anything, not just slightly difficult TOTALLY impossible to use. There are many words to use to describe how pathetically poor the app is, however there is only one that completely sums up the whole debacle sh...... New supplier needed.

Absolutely awful app. BG are overcharging me by an absolute fortune. It is now where near my smart meter readings but of course they say my smart meter is incorrect. Funny how that is the means of them obtaining information from my meter but disregarding energy used and cost per kW as per my contract. BG, along with all the energy companies are absolute thieves

Touch ID!
Every time I access the App I have to enter my password even though I have Touch ID selected. Pretty annoying! I tried suggested solution and it does not work,

Doesn’t show usage
Update. 20/12/24 Directed to here even for my service contract but there is no mention of service contract with in the app. What a shower!! The old app is dead and this doesn't have my data. Now occasionally see gas usage. But gaps of weeks duration. And all the YEARS of useful usage history has all gone. ##### Still no usage registered since 5th nov. See below the previous app Had YEARS of data When rocked to this app I lost the years of usage data I had in the previous app. For a week or two this app gave contemporary usage data. Then in failed for a couple of weeks then usage for a week then gone again. No usage recorded for the past 3 weeks. No idea why the positive reviews. I guess my fail is not that common.

If your account begins with a letter, e.g. A, great news, you are on the new system supported by this app. If your account begins with a number, e.g. 85, don't worry, whilst this app will not work for you yet, you can still access your account online.
