used to work great, but recent updates have ruined it. Unable to check usage as it logs me out claiming technical difficulties, tried deleting and reinstall, still the same. S21 Ultra, please fix it.

My electric does not show on this new app
My old app was brilliant shows my electricity and gas's, but this new app is a nightmare, shows up my gas but not my electricity, and I have phoned them up so many times to address this issue no help what so ever.

Far worse than the old app so as a customer its nice to know that the millions of £ from our overpriced bills is being wasted rather than giving old people an extra £10 at winter or something

Doesn’t work
App doesn't work literally opens logs me in then stays stuck on a blue screen with only option is to log out. Really frustrating

Absolutely useless and lucky to get one star. Have tried in vain to pay my recent energy bill.Gave up and paid at the PO.Energy just directs me to tariffs.This app has supposedly been 'updating' since December 2023. Similar very poor experience online. The other BG app on my android also gets one star.Get your act together.

Lost meter readings list since this update! now the app states cannot submit readings in red letters! wish i never left Octopus!

a app that you can't trust, constantly giving out wrong and misleading information on your bills, fortunately I can make amends, but there's plenty of others who can't, maybe they like people to be in debt and beholden to them? just sneaky really.
