If I could I'd give this half a star. The app and the website is terrible. It glitches and won't let me go back into my account I haven't even got off the sign in page. I paid for a screening and it took my money then said it wasn't working and kicked me out of the account, absolutely terrible.

Good service, terrible app
No complaints about the actual service the website provides, but the app is terrible. Constantly crashing (and yes, I've tried un-installing and reinstalling), being required to log back in multiple times per day, badge notifications don't match up with the number of actual notifications in the app, and constant errors when switching between the “chat” and “profile” tabs. Save yourself the trouble and just use their website

App is horrible!
The app is super glitchy and constantly crashing and getting “error” messages. Horrible especially when you PAY for a subscription

Filtering needs work
Please add “availability” as a filter option. It has become increasingly frustrating to find a match just to see they are not available during the times we need.

Deceptive
They claim you can use the basic “Guest” account for free for occasional use; however, there is literally no way to use the app for less than $109 (60 day access). Any attempt to do anything without paying throws you violently into the paywall.

Unfriendly user
The app lacks lot of user friendly features. For example, every time I look a profile, it shuts down automatically. It freezes a lot. .

Why did I pay money for such a crappy app
I signed up for premium but app is so buggy it makes me want to ask for a refund! There are glitches everywhere, messages don't send and theres even a messaging limit. I do not recommend this app at all. Devs this is an embarrassment, fix your app.
