App crashes
This is a great platform to find caregivers and other services however the app is glitchy and often crashes. Very frustrating.

Nothing but trouble and they don't protect us as paying, subscribing nannies. Can't ever reach a live person. Care is being sued by the FTC. ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH THE APP AND THE COMPANY.

I have been using this app for years literally since 2015. The weird thing is there seems to be a lot of false profiles and things that don't make sense. For instance, I see this all of the time. "The candidate will meet the following requirements below" and then nothing. No requirements below. This makes no sense to me. Not sure if it's scammers copy and pasting and they just don't know English or if the app is cutting off a section that is being left out. It's very strange.

Do Not Subscribe
Pay for a subscription but cannot message any one or reply to candidates and they keep telling me they will fix. Been 3 weeks of my subscription and they cant fix and wont refund. This is fraud.

New job notifications are late & don't link to specific jobs. Job matches are always way outside of my work radius & old. In search I can't filter dates, times, job type, pet type, or remove jobs I'm not interested in/have already applied for. Applied jobs don't show up in "My Jobs". You have to waste your time & apply to every job, because they're all vague, so you don't know if it's a good fit. Most of them will not respond. Chat doesn't allow media. No call function. Not worth paying for.

The concept is good. But the app doesn't work. Almost impossible to just open it, glitches constantly, making it almost impossible to edit/communicate. Edit 1: when I left the review I already deleted and reinstalled. Also, how I am going to do anything (going to the supper center/help), if the app literally doesn't open?!?
