The worst app to deal with when it comes to canceling a ticket you will get charged for canceling something like a flight or baggage I spent over 35 minutes just to try to cancel my ticket and on top of that I got charge $49 to cancel me and my sisters airplane ticket. I have erased this app. I would never use it again worse customer service that you could think of.

Not reliable
Had a flight of 2k USD, flights got delayed and last connecting flight got cancelled all around. The “24/7 customer service” never even picked up the phone, and when they did they weren't capable of helping in anyway, instead just being rude for no reason. I wouldn't say don't use it, just be careful when risking at least that much money with this kind of customer service.

The app notified me to check in early, before my flight, I clicked on the link provided and brought me to a page on cheapoair. Nothing ever said I needed to switch to the airline app and check in there, so the last screen I was on said confirmed. This the first and last time with this wack crazy company. I didn't book the flight, and I would never have chosen this one. What a joke. Cheapoair has a cheapo app! Don't apologize for it, just do better cheapoair! I'm now stuck in another city.

I booked a flight. They took my info and payment but didnt or wont send my confirmation to my email They said there was something wrong with my email address. Funny it worked fine when I initially booked. I gave it to them 3 more times. Useless.
