Good place so far

This app has come a long way. Pretty easy to use. I don't believe you can elect your rewards on the app. I usually don't find that section on my first try. But all in all I rarely have problems with this app.

Sorry is probably not y'all. I'm just annoyed that this was all handled on the bank website before and now I have to go to get another website to try to figure out if I owe anything on the credit card and then I'm sure it's gonna be way more difficult to

In the 6 years I've had this account my credit line was dropped 40% and then reinstated and now my percentage rate has been increased to 29.9%. To the best of my knowledge I have been late on one payment in all that time, paying at least the minimum and for most months paying more.

Unfair rate increase

You raised my interest rate on false claims of delinquency. Ny credit report rates my payment history as very good. I will nonlongervusevghid card for any purchase again.

Good APP

I would like to be able to easily determine if I've already paid the current “due”, by way of easily located “pending payment”. Other than that, the app has a great layout and includes all of the information I need to access.
