I deleted this app. / New Chance
As of 25 Feb 2025, MUCH Better. Seems like all issues resolved! I've tried for months to like it because I LOVE my CU, but enough is enough. Nothing seems to work right even when Customer Service was walking me through it a couple of days ago.

Seriously. Sign up, and the only thing I get is a screen that tells me how to mail my payment or how to call them.. I would give 0 stars if I could.. what a waste of time

increase your font size
please allow the ability to increase the font size in your app, I have low vision and it is very hard to see your app, there is no pinch Zoom option or ability to increase font size, makes it very difficult to use your app

Extremely hard to sign in. Had to call them to unlock my account so I can sign back in. Fingerprint doesn't work, and Im able to set up payment but after I chose how much to pay; The next button that actually pays dosen't work. Whats the point of a mobile app if I can't use it?

It’s okay.
The app isn't great, but it's improved a bit recently - such as the ability to search a transaction. Really basic functionality you'd expect from a finance app is just starting to be incorporated but I give them a bonus star for effort.

I want my balance paid the 23rd of every month. Because I paid early the balance payment was delayed until the next month. No matter what I pay early, I still want what is on the account paid the 23rd of each month and you can't do that.

Overall I like it, but it's logic has quirks. It's complicated to pay a bill. I understand they're working to resolve it soon. ❤️
