Got charged 99.99 without knowing before my device arrived. I don't have an active subscription nor did I apply for one. They offer you the 14 day free premium and will charge you the yearly value after that period. I don't even have the device. The 14 day premium ended and they tried to charge me 99.99USD. Luckily I didn't have enough ballance in the account. This is a major rip-off and terrible customer orientation.

Not happy
I am retired on a fixed income. I was shocked to see $99.99 taken out of my checking account. I did not see anywhere that I would be charged this. I went back and looked at the app again and saw to my dismay free trial but it didn't say how much. I'm trying to get a refund and will gladly return the Fixd gadget.

I used fixed to find some bad sensors on my truck. So I replaced them and I was still having troubles with the computer so I took my truck to a local shop. When they called me to pick up my truck they had removed all the new sensors that I put in and charged me for 6 new ones. They didn't fix the problem. I had to fight with them to reduce what I owed them from 1200 dollars to 340 dollars. My truck is still not fixed. So Fixed worked for me when the mechanic tried to scam me!!

Don’t wast your money? Will not work after update
This is a complete waste of money. Since the app update, it can no longer detect the sensor. I reached out to support, and their response was baffling: “You need to scroll down to the end and tap ‘My Sensors' under ‘Other.'” Scroll down to the end? 🤣 There isn't even an “Other” menu!

Bad customer service. Fixd app offered me a premium membership with a trial period that could be canceled within 8 days. I canceled it but was still billed.

I hate that basic diagnostics is no longer free
I feel like every time I use this app there are fewer and fewer features available for someone who doesn't want to pay $99 to be able to diagnose what's wrong with their car.

I bought 2 devices 4 yrs ago and have used them without cost. Now they want me to pay 100.00 a yr to use them. I'm senior woman living on 1034. Ss a month. I can't afford it. This app has helped me in the past but it's useless to me now and I really needed it for my car to avoid costly mechanics cost to tell me whats wrong . That's way to much money for the little amount the device is used. Very disappointed!

There are other Bluetooth OBD readers that don't entrap you in a payment plan. This is a scam.
