Avoid if possible
I switched cars with my partner and forgot to switch cars when paying for parking. I paid for parking with my “default” car, realized my mistake, looked for a way to edit or cancel the charge to no avail. Fearful of missing my flight, I just paid for another parking space with the correct license plate and emailed customer service asking for a refund. I received a response letting me know they can't edit, cancel or refund my mistake. And because of that, I'm out $80. If you can, pay at the meter, pay in person, do whatever you can to avoid this predatory app.

Is it you who over-invoices or is it a deposit from the city of Lyon??? Impossible to select the weight of the vehicle (yes, Lyon charges by weight...) As if by chance, it is the higher rate that applies...

Unfinished application dirt... In Lyon, does not allow you to select the parking space, nor to geo-locate it or to enter a zone code. Nothing is right.
