DriveEasy doesn’t judge on full picture
The DriveEasy part of the app makes harsh judgments based on limited information. On a [address] with multiple lights and stops, it gave me a thumbs down for a single hard breaking. First of all, that was one hard breaking out of a dozen gradual break applications, so you think that would be considered. Most importantly, that single hard breaking WAS being a good driver- a light turned yellow just at the moment when gradual breaking wouldn't be possible. I had the choice to break hard or go through a red light and I chose to obey traffic laws, but the app doesn't see that part.

I had to quit Geico because my payment went from $442 to 800+… I could get the same insurance with someone else for half the price for six months…

Bad service
On January 8, o had a very nice conversation with one of your agents and agreed to an auto policy. On the 9th, we had a change of heart and I called to cancel and stay with my current company. On the 10th, you withdrew $894.33 from my account and we are still waiting for the reimbursement!

Impossible to Use
I can't get past the login screen. It has the worst user experience of any app on my phone. Geico should be ashamed.

Worst automated call system
Don't waste your time or money with this company Can never talk to a live representative without talking to a machine for 30 minutes asking the same questions the live representative will ask

Log in issues
Every time I log into the app, it tells me my password is wrong and I have to change my password. I've done this several times now.

Drive easy is horrible and inaccurate
This thing is ridiculous drive easy which monitors the way you drive is horrible and inaccurate. I'm getting pinged and points taken away for really dumb things saying hard braking when it isn't happening. Or using phone while driving but I'm parking in a parking lot about to turn off the car and walk into wherever it is I'm going. I went from having a high score to a very low score in a week! And it even pinged me for using my phone on a boat ! No roads or land where I was but somehow the app thought I was driving! But if I cancel drive easy then I don't get there discount !
