Never loads from emails
The app will forever sit on the loading screen when I'm following a link from an email. From the app I cannot access the information from the email (ie claims or feedback) Here's my feedback, 1 star

Drive Easy doesn't load
Drive Easy endlessly loads and loads and never opens. You can't check your score, you can't check your trips.

Does not care for customers profit maximization is they key
Dot like it for its slowness. But it gets the job done. Time deaf on user needs. On credit card expiration red light your account to cancellation though they had months to notify that it was expiring. They want you to set it and forget it, but create a situation where you are blamed for their tardiness in informing you. Also the service is too expensive with annual increases going beyond market prices.
