Only two?

The low rating is for how the stuff you throw at me when I use Google, discourages me from using it at all. All your articles are lost because you keep interrupting me trying to read one. You could do so much better. Do you really believe your approach to advertising is making people like Google, or chasing them away? One of these days it will be a catastrophe, like the Blackjack dealer who became so masterful at dropping silver dollars into his boot, that when his shift ended, he was unable to walk. His cowboy boots were too heavy.

Why are you ending “Talk to a Live Representative” feature??

I am rating 1 star in protest, I encourage everyone to do so as well to get the point across. It is a tool which Google described as “Save time when you need to call customer service. Google can help you place the call, wait on hold, and then give you a call once a live representative is available.” Why would you end that?? That's the most useful feature you've come up with in 20 years! We want to save time! We don't want to waste time on hold! And to replace it with ai that asks unsuspecting businesses questions through AI…idk this feature was way better, I'd rather keep this if i can only choose one but both can help others. This helps people much more though.

The server works automatically with failures incorrectly, it is impossible to configure, it cannot be configured, it hangs silently only through Khome, and Google.com works.

Gemini is still incredibly frustrating to use at times. Even with version 2.0, it frequently lacks logical reasoning and struggles to understand even simple instructions. What's worse, many topics including politics are simply forbidden by Google, which makes Gemini next to useles. I can't even ask about a murder case, even if it has been widely publicized.
