Catastrophic customer service
15 days to get a refund for a package that was never sent to me. Leboncoin blocks the account for no reason, blocking access to his wallet. Check out the trustpilot reviews on customer service. It's a real shame.

Two or three details to improve
Reporting dishonest behavior is too complicated (leaving a review about someone is only available in the case of a completed transaction but not in the case of a cancelled transaction, so you can make people go crazy too easily and remain untouchable). Otherwise overall the application is really good, the filter system is practical and easy to use, a function to see dead profiles (people who have cut off their notifications and have not connected for more than a month) would be good.

Stop Blocking People for No Reason
Super disappointed! I was looking for a car and Leboncoin blocked my account for no reason, then they unblocked me, but the appointments I had made were cancelled! It's normal I don't have anymore I wouldn't want to make an appointment with someone whose account has been blocked! PS: When a person is blocked, everyone they are talking to knows about it, which in itself is a good thing. However, when you are wrongly blocked and no one trusts you anymore. In short, that you unblock me is essential, but sending emails to the user to inform them that YOU have made a mistake will make the experience less annoying.

Too many ads
Ads literally ruin the experience! You open the app bam! Pub and hard to close. Result? We leave and go to Facebook market or ouest France immo.

Big problem of litigation follow-ups
Big problem with refund follow-ups, when the good coin pays the seller wrong instead of reimbursing me.... Never repaid to date despite our relence...

Overall good application
… If we do customer service (what do you risk soliciting). I am a buyer and I have had no news of a package for ten days and the investigation was supposed to come back to me within six days: And we exceeded this deadline and still nothing!! And the customer service answered me and asked me to wait 21 Days (WE not included) in addition to the basic duration. I am waiting for a refund to avoid any procedure and change the app's rating

Payment via Le Bon Coin
Payment via the app is really an ordeal! Even when the object is delivered in person, the payment is not instantaneous... We have to stop making money on the backs of users. These late payments do not encourage you to use the app for payments. And now non-stop advertising, which blocks an application full of bugs... Inefficient, slow, and redundant messaging.

Beware of fraud
Leboncoin does not protect against fraudsters. Prefer hand delivery. You send your item, the buyer finds a (fictitious) defect and keeps the item without paying for it. It happened to me twice for a total of 200 euros. So we appeal and nothing happens. The first time was already a year and a half ago for me.
