Lidl Plus - Latest Quality Issues

unusable

Won't install on my IPhone. When logging in and forwarding to Lidl.com, the installation always stops and jumps back to the input mask of the mail or phone number. Uninstalling and reloading doesn't help either.

The application does not work.

The application stops working for no reason after a few days, it won't load and the only solution is to reinstall it. After reinstalling it, the same problem occurs again. The problem has been present for months.

Lidl App

I'm thinking of stopping my Lidl app as almost every time I use it to shop I have to keep signing back in as I'm in my 70's I find it hard to do as I am very slow!! Please can you try to improve this as Lidl is my local shop and I enjoy your good prices and excellent offers. Many thanks

Give me a card!

I find the app rather confusing if, indeed, I am even able to open it easily in store. Such a phaff - I need an extra pair of hands! A simple card to use would be so much more straightforward

Good prices but the reward scheme is rubbish they should take notice of Tesco's 7days is not long enough to collect rewards

App slow

The app is very slow always signing out in store and takes long to log back reception always poor in store so I never benefit from the card n the vouchers which is annoying

A bit elaborate

When you're in the supermarket, it's an additional effort to look in the app to see if you have to unlock the special offers or not, or if you do... It would be better if they were automatically activated by the app at the checkout. It is also annoying that very often some items are not even available in the special offer. And not just for one day, but for the whole week. So I am not happy about free gifts or prizes, because it only takes effort to look for them and is disappointed that they are not available.

Usability

Hello. I like the app and it is used regularly. What would be really cool is if you could store a few personal favorites in the "my store" selection to be able to quickly switch between stores. For example, I regularly shop in three Lidl stores and the search for the "right" one at that moment takes too long, I think. Regards MA

Crap, not the app, 3 weeks with the 'no internet connection' error, couldn't log in again, do anything in the app. Changing the DNS didn't help, only had to change the clock on the phone from manual to automatic. I will not change my assessment.
