I activated the coupon for the glazed puffs for a 45% discount I purchased the puffs, which appear regularly on the digital receipt, but at the full price of €0.79. Probably the code associated with the coupon does not correspond to that of the puff pastries. In fact, the coupon is still active.

Do you have a connection between the display of stores and the Internet provider to which the device with the installed application is connected? As a result, I can't choose a store in Slovakia with my Ukrainian SIM card! I have not seen a more stupid solution for filtering the displayed stores.

Why did they remove the search facility for digital receipts? This was an incredibly useful option for checking back and finding receipts for warranty items, checking how much something was etc. so I could say to friends how much cheaper Lidl was for XYZ without having to wade through a bundle of scrappy bits of paper. Less paper waste too. Now that search been removed I'll have to go back to paper receipts - a retrograde step from a company that I used to think was quite forward thinking. :-(

Offers cannot be implemented due to defective app. So you returned the stuff at the checkout and went shopping in a reasonable store. Waste of time. Fake offers.

Shopping rewards now have a lower limit of 5000 CZK instead of 500 CZK, so it is impossible to get to the reward in one person. Preferences don't work, I have set up vegetarian/vegan products and I still get offers for sausages and other meat products.

After the update, I feel terrible about the way the flyers are now displayed. It used to be a thousand times better. Now I don't even flip through a flyer in the app anymore. Really unbearable.
