Magalu is great, lots of variety and great prices. The only problem is the delivery issue. You only know who will deliver the order after the purchase is confirmed. This is very inconvenient. They could try to deliver the goods in a way that is not through the post office, because they only deliver to a few places. Here in Rio de Janeiro, the post office is very bad.

It works to buy products via image, but trying to call the available phones is always busy. If you can't handle the demand, expand, improve because the lack of communication between customer and seller is terrible. 01/28/2025: I don't know why I bought from this site again, they gave me a 10-day delivery period, the deadline passed and I didn't receive my order that was supposed to be delivered by Jadlog. Never again!

I am very disappointed with the Magalu App. I have purchased through the App before, but I am having problems. I decided to buy a fan! The first one came with the wrong voltage, but I was able to return the product quickly and receive a refund! I bought it again and received the fan in a dented box, which looked like it had been reused several times, was poorly closed and the fan was not only broken, but also dusty, and looked used. It is a long time for me to return it and receive a refund.

I bought a TV, when I opened it it was all cracked and broken!!! I asked for a refund but we still haven't been able to get it. I don't recommend this app for buying this type of thing.

The application does not give the possibility of recovering the account. The application seems to be missing directories for requesting password recovery. I say this because I lost my password, I tried using my email and phone number and both do not give the result they should. If possible, check this error. I am uninstalling and looking for another store. Thank you!
