Totally disconnected between choice and payment. There is no option to add an item, you cannot choose to pick up at the store if it is more than one yesterday, and you cannot buy again without closing the first purchase.

this app is full of fake news and delays product appears with promotions saying that it will deliver in two hours and then they come with a conversation saying that they have three business days to deliver a lot of false advertising that's why I give my zero score and the magazine Luiza store has no words always deceiving customers !!

it does not facilitate the comparison of market place products with Magalu products; puts Magalu delivery in the ad and when complete it appears delivery by the market place store. It does not clearly indicate the validation deadlines before payment.

I am a Gold customer, but I placed an order and did not receive the product. I called numerous times and they didn't solve it. I had to go to PROCON. Then they gave me a shopping voucher without asking me. And when I went to buy the product again I couldn't, because the value is higher. I contacted Magalu again and did not get a response. I will have to return to PROCON. I am disappointed with the service of the store.

It was better today leaves something to be desired the delivery delays a lot, they pass the wrong tracking code I was disappointed with the last purchases I made with them, it fell a lot

For shopping it's good, but if you have any, the app doesn't help much, you should not only welcome the complaint, but let it follow... I'm having problems with the delivery and I've lost patience with the times I complained and I'm being ignored or fooled.
