Issue with app
I can't adjust the “hold time” for my exercises. So I have to pause the app EVERY TIME, for each exercise—so that I can complete the exercise before it moves on. Not good!

How do you pause a 44 minute set of exercise and get credit when you continue? When I paused it lost my progress? I did not get any app instructions.

Easy to use
This app is fairly simple to set up and use (even for a senior like me), but I can't figure out how to rearrange the exercises in the order I want them.

the app is great, reminds me to do my PT exercises, and great videos reminding me what to do. one less star because it's such a rigamarole to log into the app each time I open it.

app constantly crashes

The timing in the MedBridge GO app doesn't match the prescribed reps, sets, and holds. Support acknowledged this and offered manual workarounds, like pausing videos or provider duplicating exercises. It's frustrating that such a basic function isn't accurate, especially in a healthcare app. This needs to be fixed to ensure users can follow their therapy plans correctly.

Hard to navigate
I find this App to be very user unfriendly to navigate. Also, The voice accompanying the exercises is not helpful, bordering on annoying.

I really want to like this app, but the errors make it difficult. I noticed there are exercises included in my program that my PT did not review with me (in the discharge print out), and an exercise that I should NOT do, due to the precautions from my surgery. This could be dangerous if someone just followed the app and did not pay attention. I double checked that my access code is correct and even closed and force stopped the application but the exercises have not changed.
