Does not show correct or both sides of body, so not useful for tracking. Does show some of the exercises.

Redundancy in activities
I do all the activities and when I get done, it tells me I have two activities to do that I've already done.

Nice for prompting exercises sequence. Needs improvement: doesn't give timer for exercises that at five minute or 30 second holds.
iOS

Counting
Don't quite get the counting especially when the bell rings two or three times. Don't quite get the lady doing the belly scoops and how it switches so fast to the man doing the scar rubbing.

Like the concept of this app to keep up to date on PT exercises. Dislike the pacing in the videos where the prescribed instructions for reps and holds don't match. Also dislike that reordering the videos doesn't hold for next days session.

Niece app to work through exercises with. Not sure if it is the app design but some of the exercises time frame doesn't match what I am told to do. But I really like using the app. My rating would be 4.5 stars.

No easy way to checklist excersizes
From my experience, app only lets you run through exercise videos or log an entire session. It's hard to check off exercises one by one
