Janky transitions, does work
Does function to convey instructions from my PT provider, but seems unpolished, like the developers never actually used it to run through a course.

App doesn’t mirror PT instructions. Videos have a table. Video small. Hard to use.
Instructions are 10–15 reps. The play is fixed at 10. Poor design. Videos are small plenty of extra screen space in my small iPhone. Video examples have a PT exercise table. How many have that. I just have a mat. Is hard to use some exercises. I have a stand to prop up however doesn't always help. Then one exercise video just shows half the motion moving side to side. So the timing is just for half the exercise when need to do the whole rep. Makes the video worthless to pace.

This app is unfinished: The videos rush rest and transitions between exercises, and don't support additional sets or reps. The timer is usually too short for the number of reps and hold time. There's no way to see the number of sets or reps in logged activities. The logging UI doesn't change the set count when adding more sets. There's no option to add comments on activities for your provider to see. I only use it to log my exercises for my provider, and it doesn't even do that well.

Good, not snazzy.
Would be nice to be able to customize some of the activities. 5 second rest between sets when you have to wrap one leg or the other with a rope or band, it would be nice to have 10,20, or 30 seconds to choose. And allow me to rearrange the order.

Does not work
The program says to get ready with about a 30 second period showing the exercise, then says to go, and immediately finishes and says it is done. The one minute exercise period is less than 1 second.

I STOPPED NOTIFICATIONS, BUT THEY STILL POP-UP FOR NO REASON! I'M SICK AND TIRED OF IT. FIX IT AND STOP IT! ☆ PAT FROM FALLON, NV.

Glitch
If I open it by the notification, it shows all the exercises as complete and I can't uncheck and watch again.

Good Intent, neurotypical UI
The UI is so busy. It claims to be engaging, but it's only engaging for neurotypicals. I found it to be very off putting, busy and patronizing. This seems like an oversight given the overrepresentation of neurodivergence in healthcare settings. We need targets and the ability to track our efforts, not boilerplate platitudes intended to motivate. Lack of motivation without external pressure is a neurotypical-specific trait.

Guess you have to be a patient! There use to be a pt app (not available anymore) where you typed in your "homework" set time and reps . When i was ready to do it just go down my list. Easy . This app had that same idea but i couldn't log in....
