I rarely use the application, so I won't comment. However, with tools from 2025, we would have to review the procedures and work methodologies that seem to date back to the invention of writing. It's heavy, complicated and leads to a huge waste of time.

Application incompatibility. Does not launch the France Identity application when you want to connect with France Connect and choose the France Identity application. The link offered to the Fr. Id. application is also HS.

This is a scam application to get personal information!!! As proof it doesn't work!!! Forgotten password? We enter our date of birth. And date of birth unknown. After worse I have Ameli Forgotten password we register by fingerprint and new password we return to the application and incorrect password. We retype forgotten password and date of birth and date of birth unknown!!! Even my wife tried and nothing works. Uninstall hop

The net amounts transmitted by the CNAV to Info retraite since 2023 are incorrect. The CNAV has been informed without change to date.

No problem... Since 2020 (at least since I didn't go and check before), users of this app have been complaining that it is impossible to connect, and nothing has been done in all this time to improve the problem?! You have to go through the website. And even there, there are a lot of inconsistencies in dates and durations of employment in "my career". Sites that are not reliable at all. Normal, it's about our pensions, not taxes or URSAF where everything works!
