Bluetooth connecting poor
New hearing aids 4 days ago ,took ages to connect to phone today 5 hrs now and right one still not connecting ,seems if one does other wont connect, never same one causing problems.

Not shows battery non-Rechargeable
03/28 I have a new hearing aid Naida Lumity but myPhonak is not showing battery of because so battery status is only available for rechargeable hearing aids. Why not showing non-rechargeable? Thank you!

My phonac the device is excellent but the instructions for use are difficult to understand =. Limited Functions
The personal options like music etc are not usable because of the user manual it's a shame

Bad connection with Apple iPhone
These phones hearing aids are not completely compliant with Apple software and do not always pair on Bluetooth- there is always one side seeking to pair which clearly eats the battery life - good but Apple air pods might be better !

Hearing Aids & App
If I could score them lower I would. Worst app I have ever used along with the worst hearing aids I have owned. No help from Collect Hearing. Warranty is only for (3) years not lifetime like other companies. Have to pay for adjustments and faulty equipment after (3) years. STAY AWAY!!!

Unusable with CROS
I have a three-month-old CROS system. The only way I can connect my hearing aids to the app is to literally delete and reinstall the app, have my phone forget its Bluetooth connection to the devices, and restart the devices. I know I'm not alone because this procedure was recommended by my audiologist. I honestly wish the developers would just release an API and I could make my own version of the app.

Works fine, only one problem when you turn it off and possibly go in the garden it can turn on and that is not good enough.
